Start with the part of your denim project that needs development: factory scope, fit, wash appearance, jacket construction or branding.
Fit reference · Size set · Bulk quantity
Confirm who handles fabric, sewing, washing and inspection, then agree the size-set, hardware and packing requirements.
Fabric weight · Wash reference · Trim package
Develop fabric weight, wash target, trim package and construction together so the finished sample represents the whole product.
Rise and leg opening · Pocket placement · Shrinkage target
Define baggy, wide-leg or relaxed proportions through rise, seat and leg measurements, then review the fit after finishing.
Jacket construction · Wash trial · Shade band approval
Review jacket construction and compare raw or washed finishes, including hardware compatibility and shade approval.
Send your brief to Denim Manufacturer China.
Email your tech packs and reference images, or use the RFQ builder to prepare a structured WhatsApp message.
What to include in your first message
A short first message is fine, but a few details make the reply far more useful. Tell us the denim product, your target quantity, whether you have a tech pack or reference garment, and when you want the product in market. Photos of the fit and wash you like are often clearer than written descriptions.
If you are early in development, say so. We can point you to the relevant buying guide or product page so you can firm up the brief before sampling.
Ways to reach us
Email is best for tech packs, size charts and image sets. WhatsApp is convenient for quick questions and follow-ups. The RFQ page prepares a structured message so nothing important is left out. Whichever route you choose, include the page you were reading so we know which product program you are referring to.
Before you write
These pages answer the most common questions:
- Product programs: the full list of jeans, jackets, shorts and shirts we develop.
- Production process: the approval steps from sample to shipment.
- RFQ checklist: the fields that make a denim quote comparable.
- Low MOQ jeans: how a 100 pcs starting quantity is planned.
After your first message
We read your brief and reply with questions about anything that affects price or feasibility — usually fabric, wash, hardware or quantity. Once the scope is clear, we confirm the sample details. Samples typically take 7 days from confirmation. Keep everything in one email thread or chat so decisions are easy to find later.
What happens if your project is not a fit
If your design needs a fabric or process we cannot deliver well at your quantity, or a style falls below the 100 pcs MOQ, we will tell you directly and suggest adjustments where possible, such as combining washes or simplifying hardware.
If your collection also includes tees, hoodies or cargos, our sister sites cover those categories with the same commercial terms.
Sending references
For washes, daylight photos of the front, back and close-ups are the most useful. For fits, a reference pair you can ship or measure is ideal.
Languages and time zones
We communicate in English and Chinese. Messages sent late in your day are usually answered by your next morning, so include key details in your first message.
Sharing large files
If files are too large to attach, share a download link and mention it in your message.
Quick note
Include your target launch date so timing can be discussed early.
